Please fill out this form to request any media-related request (flyers, announcements, graphics, A/V assistance, etc.) for your ministry or church event. This will enable us to serve you better and ensure that all communications are clear and timely.

This form is to be used only for events that have already been approved by church leadership.
If you are requesting to use church facilities or host a new event, please complete the Event/Meeting Request Form first. Once your event is approved, please return to complete this form. Alternatively, a Media Team representative will provide you with a Media Request Form to submit your promotional needs.
