Event/Meeting & Calendar Submission Form

Please complete this form to request a meeting or event space at the church. If you're organizing a ministry event or meeting, use this form to have it added to the church calendar, even if the event occurs outside of the church premises.

If this is not a ministry event/meeting, type N/A.

Please specify the name or category of the event/meeting. Examples: Ministry Meeting, Conversations and Coffee, Youth Connect, Smith Wedding, etc.

Please provide specific details, including approximate start/end times, setup/breakdown time frames, and any alternate setup dates. Once approved, you are responsible for coordinating church access with the sexton.

For instance, here’s a sample schedule:

- 11:00 AM: Setup
- 12:00 PM: Event
- 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM: Cleanup
